What is the Go City San Diego Explorer Pass?

This Explorer Pass allows you to pick 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 attractions and experiences from over 10 choices. Passes expire after 30 days of your first attraction visit. You will receive a guidebook with attraction information after purchase.

How can I activate my pass?

Your San Diego City Pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction.

Are other people allowed to use my pass?

No, sorry. Passes cannot be resold or used by more than one person.

When will my pass expire?

You'll have 30 days from the initial use to visit your remaining attractions. Unused Explorer Passes remain valid for up to 1 year from the purchase date.

Is it possible to visit the same attraction more than once?

You can only visit each attraction once during the card's validity period.

What happens if I don’t utilize all of my admissions?

Once activated, the card becomes non-refundable. No partial refunds are available for unused admissions, and Go City assumes no responsibility for traffic conditions, attraction-capacity constraints, weather-related closings, or unforeseeable circumstances.
